The original second floor was opened up to the rafters, so the ceilings are high and the space is luxurious.  Two bedrooms mirror one another with Modern Fan Co.’s ceiling fans, walls of built-in cabinetry, and gorgeous new windows with custom solar-shade blinds. There is another full primary suite on this level, featuring two excellent walk-in closets, high ceilings, a ceiling fan, and a 4-piece ensuite with heated floors. Set mere steps from Lambton Kingsway Junior Middle School, park, skating rink and pool, this location is one of the best in the neighbourhood.  In this location one truly feels a part of the community as a whole…and it is a tremendous community at that.
