Carter Fernie

Born and raised in Toronto, Carter Fernie brings a lifelong connection to the city and a fresh perspective to Fernie & Co. A recently licensed Realtor, she grew up in The Kingsway surrounded by real estate, architecture, and design, with a retired architect grandfather and parents deeply rooted in the industry. A 2024 Psychology graduate from Western University, Carter now lives in the vibrant West Queen West community, giving her a strong connection to both Toronto’s west end and downtown neighbourhoods.
